Taylor had planned the sweetest surprise, and with friends and family waiting nearby to celebrate, Caroline said yes to forever in the most beautiful way.
The weather forecast was questionable, and the clouds rolled in and out throughout the afternoon. It looked like rain could start at any moment, but God provided and held the rain off long enough for this dream of a day to happen. It was one of those moments that reminded us everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to.
After the surprise, we wandered through the gardens of the Biltmore Estate, taking our time and capturing the sweetest photos of this brand new season of their story. One of my favorite things about photographing surprise proposals is getting to witness what comes after the excitement settles. The smiles become softer, the laughter comes naturally, and every glance at the ring brings another wave of joy.
